Additionally, he completed the Leadership and Safety Culture Executive Development program at CEDEP-Fontainebleau.
With over 27 years of experience working in Biotech companies, he has honed his skills in utilizing soft skills to drive tangible results, focusing on enhancing bottom-line performance. Throughout his career, he has led global leadership performance and coaching programs in multicultural and multi-country environments, overseeing 11 facilities, and also supported sites in developing maturity improvement plans for transformational sustainability in EHS+S (Environmental, Health and Safety, and Security).
He possess international experience in delivering high performance by leading and transforming teams and business units. His expertise lies in developing EHS+S culture, fostering a continuous improvement mindset, leveraging soft influence, problem-solving techniques, operational excellence tools, and coaching methodologies.
One of his greatest passions is assisting individuals and organizations in unlocking their potential and achieving peak performance.
Antonio is an expert in EHS+S (Environmental, Health and Safety, and Security), with a strong background in GMP manufacturing, having held various managerial roles for over 25 years. Additionally, he has successfully executed efficiency projects, implemented process improvements, and facilitated Technology Transfer-MSAT initiatives.

Martina Glassner
...has been working as a psychological and systemic consultant and coach for more than 15
years, mainly in the field of occupational health and safety. She has experience in consulting
SMEs as well as well-known international corporations, mainly in the chemical and steel
production sectors. In this context, she was involved in the development and consolidation
of culture development processes with focus on employee safety and health.
At several employers' liability insurance associations, she sensitizes and qualifies managers,
safety officers and safety specialists in training and education for their activities with a focus
on behavior-related measures in occupational safety, communication and effective
instruction.
In addition to clarifying roles and responsibilities, the topic of communication is also one of
the focal points in coaching managers in individual settings. The focus is often on the
essential significance and importance of the "human success factor" as an often
underestimated building block for the development and trust-based maintenance of a
successful corporate and safety culture.
Yvonne Romina Demir
Yvonne Romina Demir is a qualified psychologist and occupational safety specialist.
She has been working in occupational health and safety at the science and
technology group Merck in Darmstadt since 2009.
She held various management positions since 2017, including various project
management roles relating to safety culture and a global health program.
Since 2014, she is also a lecturer on mental health in the workplace for the German
Social Accident Insurance Institution for the raw materials and chemical industry.
Yvonne enjoys working strategically and conceptually. She focuses on the
development of corporate cultures as well as the motivation, attitude, and behavior of
people.
