"With fun to success" has been the motto for over 40 years, which drives me and my teams to achieve top performance. The experience of people working on themselves and having fun performing for the “company” system inspires me again and again.
I have 40 years of experience in industry, 30 years in large chemicals and more than 35 years in management positions.
Leading different characters means understanding yourself and reflecting, in order to empathize and take the employees with you on the journey.
As a managing director, management coach and consultant, I understood what it takes to form a performance-oriented and security-oriented culture in the company that is also employee-oriented.
A humanistic and health-oriented management culture has a direct influence on the safety culture, motivation and willingness to perform of the employees and thus directly on economic success.
As a management coach, mediator and consultant for change processes, organizations, teams and people, I develop strategies and goals with managers and their teams. I accompany and support teams in their implementation in day-to-day business with the aim of creating a value and performance-oriented organization that is equally appreciative.
Corporate responsibility for the whole and equally high trust in people can be combined in accordance with the motto: tough on the job, soft on the people.
In my career, I have been able to convey this enthusiasm for organizations, people and leadership time and again to managers.

As a passionate HR manager and coach, I have more than 20 years of experience in responsible positions in various industrial companies. So I know what employees need to be successful, to do their best and to stay healthy in the long term.
I enjoy making managers successful by providing impulses from my operational practice and finding solutions together with those responsible that are tailored to the respective company and its culture.
In this way, a company benefits in several ways: The executives involved become more successful while employee satisfaction and retention increase at the same time. This creates an increased employer attractiveness and a better corporate image.
It is all the more important, especially with regard to demographic change and the expectations of new generations of employers, that we are increasingly committed to health-oriented companies.
As a consultant, trainer and systemic coach, I support you in all areas of personnel with a focus on health management and coaching for managers.

… has completed her studies in industrial and organizational psychology at the Technical University of Darmstadt as a graduate psychologist. Alongside her job, she did her doctorate at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern with a focus on "Improving the sustainability of qualification measures and evaluation methods".
During her studies, she began her professional life as a freelance social consultant at Robert Murjahn's Deutsche Amphibolin Werke (DAW SE). There she was involved in corporate addiction prevention, developed a health promotion program and introduced it successfully.
She then switched to the chemical industry trade association (BG Chemie) and worked for over 18 years in the training and further education department as a lecturer and finally as a department head. According to the motto "educating people does not mean filling a vessel, but kindling a fire for occupational safety (derived from Aristophanes, 446 - 386 BC)" she trained, among other things, executives, specialists for occupational safety and developed programs for the qualification of different target groups in the chemical industry.
Leadership, communication, conflict management, instruction, health management and addiction prevention were (or were) part of her professional focus.
From 2010 - 2022 she successfully headed the education management department at the trade association for raw materials and the chemical industry.
As a systemic coach, trainer, moderator and occupational safety specialist, she now wants to support executives and other target groups in designing and implementing personal and operational change processes in order to achieve medium- and long-term corporate goals.
